Pasta Class

I meant to mention this sooner, but I taught a pasta class last weekend. [Shuna](http://eggbeater.typepad.com) was nice enough to organize and hawk it, so I pretty much showed up and made pasta.

We learned egg pasta, whole wheat pasta, semolina pasta, hand mixing and rolling and the ever popular machine. After demonstrations, everyone got to roll and cut a bit of their own, and then we ate the spoils.

Anybody else interested in a class?
