I do understand about Lucques. I ate there about 10 months ago, and I’m still trying to figure out how to get back there.

I would be very, very happy if you gave a pasta class in NY. I’d be there. And I’d be happy to talk it up among NYC bloggers as well, if that’s helpful. I just thought that perhaps it wasn’t a possibility anymore, what with your move — and BTW, congratultions on that!
