Leftovers

are a wonderful opportunity for recycling. I don’t eat leftovers. I won’t stick something from the fridge in the microwave and eat it. What I will do is make something new and tasty from whatever is hanging around. Like some leftover meat from a guazzetto can be shredded into a salad, or damn near anything can be tarted up with olive oil and put on pasta.

I have a lot of leftovers after the big family visit, and I’m finding ways to deal with them… lots of ways.
