Death In the Family

For you New Yorkers (at least, you Union Square shoppers), I have sad news.

The [crazy vegetable peeler guy](http://cityroom.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/02/03/an-ode-to-the-great-peeler-dealer/) died.

People like this might be the only thing I miss about New York that I can’t get somewhere else.
