Cooking Onsite

Well, tomorrow I leave for [Falcon Ridge Folk Festival](http://falconridgefolk.com/). I won’t be able to post much, since I’ll be roughing it*, but I will be cooking in the campsite. Hopefully we’ll get some pictures of our FRFF staples, like Bob’s wild salmon with lemon pepper, or my must-have camping frittata. Or maybe, some of the new menu items we have planned for this year, like pork shoulder guazzeto, or curried chicken.

Either way, have a fantastic week, and keep on cooking.

*We define roughing it as drinking white and red wine out of the same shape of glass.
