I am totally stoked that you made them, AND that you braved the risk of glue with your in-laws around. You’re my hero.

I guess it’s true that I’m not a good judge of how long things take when you don’t make dough all the time, since I, well, make dough all the time.

Did you fork or flat? What was the sauce? What kind of potato did you use?
