The Omnivorous Fish

I made them tonight!!!! They were awesome - fluffy, light, no gummyness at all. Nothing like that stuff in the package! Maybe I’ll post a picture when I upload them. A big hit with my in-laws.

(You’re off the mark on a weeknight dinner though - I spent like 3 or 4 hours on the whole project! Luckily, I’m on vacation right now.)
