Originally was not going to add the ribs, but it was amazing with them. The perfect thing about it: I was able to do most of the cooking the night before. The afternoon of the dinner party I put it back on the stove for a slow re-heat. The last third of the cooking time was low touch, low attention. I could pay attention to my guests.
